    It's funny because I would have expected you to do a focus group as often once one dancer starts talking about their issues when training,everybody else joins in and "has a moan" together. However, after reading your reasons for not doing it,I think you are absolutely right. Perhaps people would open up to a certain extent but not fully.

    I like the idea of using a ball to make sure everyone gets the chance to speak although I think maybe this could also stop somebody from having their say when it's something they feel strongly about.

    Good to see you have plenty of solid plans anyway..I just want to get mine done now!

  2. Thanks Clare. I would probably use the ball idea as a warm up session/ice breaker, then, once people are more comfortable with those around them and about speaking out loud, they could be free to talk as they please.
